We are a newly refurbished and decorated Bed & Breakfast situated about a 5 minute drive from Leeds City Centre. Single Rooms from £25.00.
All rooms are en-suite, they have central heating and Sky TV.
We are a family run business. Tea and coffee facilities are available on request.
There is off the road parking.
The B & B is close to the major motorways, the Leeds Central railway station, and the Central Coach Station. We are also close Leeds United Football Stadium, and the White Rose Shopping Centre.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card. One nights payment by card is non-refundable. Company Bookings are available, as well as discount for group bookings on Friday to Sunday. Rooms are also available for short stay if required.

We are about a mile from the City Centre on the A643, which leads onto Dewsbury Road. Leeds United Football Ground and the White Rose Shopping Centre are also 5 minutes drive away from us.
By bus, you can catch the number 2 and 3 Metro bus or Arriva bus, which indicates White Rose Shopping Centre. These can be caught from near the Corn Exchange in the City Centre. Get off at the bus stop after the New Inn Pub. |
