    Eastview is a 300year old miners cottage set on the edge of the green in the pretty village of Garrigill.

    We have two bedrooms. One is a double bedded room and the other can be set as a twin or a double.
    Both rooms have cenral heating, TV/DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided.

    Ther is a selection of DVDs, books and maps.
    We have a residents lounge with woodburning stove.
    The bathroom has bath and shower.
    There is also a garage for parking of bikes.

    The village pub 200yrds across the green, serves evening meals.

    As this is a very old cottage it has many origonal features, inluding beams and old range and low doorways!!!

    Directions
    Take junction 40 on the M6, then take the A686 to Alston. Drive up through alston and take the B6277 to Barnard castel, the Garrigill turn off is about 4 miles further along. Eastview is on the other side of the green when you enter the village.
