The Glenavon is a beautifully appointed, warm, friendly family run Edwardian guest house situated on one of the quietest and loveliest roads in what is known as the "garden area" of Llandudno, yet just a short easy stroll from a myriad of restaurants, pubs and bustling shops as well as the theatre, train station and promenade.
The fully serviced accommodation at the Glenavon is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and aims to provide that "home from home feeling" in an idyllic, peaceful setting.
On those "lazy, hazy days of summer" the choice is yours you can sit and watch the world go by in the front garden or watch the last rays of sunshine disappear from the back garden.
The Glenavon has broadband internet access and using wireless technology guests can use their PCs from any room in the house, which if you are away on business means you can keep in touch with the office.
Car parking for approximately four cars is available on a first come basis. But on road parking is not an issue in St. Mary's Road.
Well recommended hearty breakfasts are served in a light and airy dining room overlooking the back garden, where in summer many of our guests like to sit and contemplate with a cold drink, or you may prefer to sit in the sun filled lounge overlooking the front garden where you can listen to music, watch digital TV or DVDs or just sit back, relax and enjoy reading a book or two.
All bedrooms have their own individual character and are comfortable, tastefully decorated and have en-suite facilities with two bedrooms having the luxury of a full bathroom, including over bath shower.
Each bedroom is equipped with remote colour TV and digital "freeview "box, clock radio, hairdryer, refreshments tray which is replenished daily, and "Out of Eden" toiletries basket.
