An idyllic country Cruck Farmhouse bed and breakfast grade II listed, dating back to before the 15th Century. Close to Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa and the Cotswolds. Church Hill Farm is a 300 acre working farm, where you will receive a warm and friendly welcome.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin room, all en-suite.
All rooms are spacious, with beamed ceilings and attractive co-ordinating furnishings, TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities.
The farm's free range chickens provide fresh eggs for the home cooked breakfast, with locally produced ingredients, which is served in the dining room or more casually in the farmhouse kitchen.
Good access form M40 but in a rural location. Network of footpaths gives good countryside access. Hearty breakfasts using local produce, Open all year.

M40 Junction 12. Head towards Gaydon. Turn onto the B4100 towards Warwick. Take the turning for Lighthorne.Once in village take a turn to the right at the bottom of hill beside small village green.
Stay on the road and it will run into a dead end . You will see some steps going up into the garden to the front door. |
