Jennifer and Gordon would like to welcome you to our Guest House. We pride ourselves in a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

All rooms have excellent ensuite, with power showers and most have both bath and shower.
All rooms have tea/coffee/buscuits, TV, clock radio alarms, central heating.

There is a very spacious and modern residents lounge with five sofas
where you can relax and discuss the days events with the other guests if you wish.

We have a special drying room with a dehumidiefer.
The Netherley is in the centre, next to the shops and restaurants.
Breakfast is served with a smile!

The Netherley is the ideal base for the many attractions there are in the area for example: Balmoral Castle and Lochnagar Distillery is only 10 minutes away. There are several golf courses in the area but to name a few, there is the Ballater golf course, Braemar, Tarland, Aboyne and Torphins.

There are many outstanding walks in and around Ballater.
Hillwalking, cycling, skiing, gliding, horse riding, fishing on lochs and the famous River Dee.
