    Balcony house offers clean quality guest accommodation. Our late Victorian home has been modernised for home comforts whilst keeping the features and character of the period.

    Balcony House Bed and Breakfast provides comfortable, no smoking,
    accommodation 365 days a year, consisting of
    Lounge, Dining Room, Family Room, Double Room and Twin/Double Room.

    Our rooms are all decorated to the highest standards and offer hospitality trays and TV/DVD players. All rooms have hairdryers/clock radios and most have a trouser press.

    We are located on the North side of Kendal close to all restaurants/pubs.

    We are please to offer our guests free use of the nearby Riverside hotel leisure facilities including pool/spa/gym.
