The Phoenix Guest House is a small, friendly centrally located guest house offering bed and breakfast in Blackpool and en-suite accommodation, with side sea views.
Our popular North Central location means that we are less than a 5 minute walk from Blackpool's Town Centre, North Pier & Family Bar, Blackpool Train Station (North Shore/Central), Central Bus Station (Talbot Rd), and local secure parking facilities for only £16.00 per week.

Kirsty Moore, Bradford - very good and safe walking distance from the north rail station and excellent walking distance from all main attractions, lovely service and breakfast, clean and well maintained building, was very peaceful and quiet! great view of the sea view! Deffinately worth the money and will return very soon for my birthday hopefully! Mr Gilley, Briton Ferry - Brilliant stay will be back we booked 3 rooms all very good. Jennifer, Manchester - Stayed in phoenix guest house for 1 night sat 16th. Lovely outside lovely inside, nice fresh clean smell, we had a smoking en-suite room that was clean an fresh, &comfy. We didn't have the breakfast as we can't eat first thing in a morning so we bought the breakfast cards for £3 and went to the promade cafe where u can buy anythin with that card upto £5 an it was really nice. Would defo stay again very close to train station which comes in handy. Thank you. Daz Shone, Stoke - Great guest house , very clean and tidy !! Marie, Waterford - This was our second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint :)) Its close to everything that you could possibly want or need for a pleasant stay in Blackpool.. The staff always go that extra mile to make you feel welcome and the rooms and communal areas are spotless.. I would recommend staying here to anyone... :)) Jacqueline Wilcock - Have just had a very pleasant stay in this B&B, very clean, nice and peaceful, just a 2 min walk away from the beach, lovely continental breakfast in a nice dining room (i sat by the window with seaview). Room was small but the bed was very comfy and tea making facility. Will definately stay here again. :-)

Directions

BY CAR: From the Promenade continue North (sea on left), past the Tower and North Pier and take the 3rd right onto Cocker Street (just after crossing the tram lines). Pay and Display is located on the Promenade/Cocker Street, and the guest house is located on the right after the car park. BY TRAIN: Take the train to North Shore Station, and walk towards the Promenade/Town Centre until Dickson Road. Turn right and continue past 'Funny Girls' for 300 yards, and Cocker Street is located on the left. BY BUS: Take the bus to Talbot Road Bus Station and follow the directions above along Dickson Road.
