The Hayes is an Edwardian style guesthouse, built in 1902 and still retaining many characters of this period. We are situated on the north west side of Nuneaton close to Hartshill Hayes country park. This is in George Elliot country and we are within easy reach from motorways M6, M42 and A5 roads.
We are close to local ameneities such as post office bars and restaurants, all being within walking distance of our guesthouse.
On arrival you will be made welcome with tea or cofee to settle yorselves in. We will also cater for your individual breakfast requirements - full English breakfast available on request.
Two course evening meal can be ordered with prior notice in our lovely dining room. We also allow our guests the use of our comfortable lounge.
Our rooms are individually named on a local historical theme and have remote TV and tea & coffee making facilities. We have double, single and twin rooms.
Wireless WiFi internet connection is available throughout our guesthouse and use of a computer with internet connection is available if requested.
Our establishment is fire certificated and welcome host accredited.
Off road parking is available.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
Room tarrif £50.00 for en-suite double room. £40.00 for twin/double room for two persons. £25.00 for single room. All tarrifs include full breakfasts. Open all year. |

By Car
M6 South bound Off M6 at junction 4, then take the A46 Coleshill, then b4114 to Nuneaton. On the outskirts take the left turn signposted Hartshill. We are situated next to the mini roundabout in Hartshill. M6 North bound Off M6 at junction 3, then A444 Nuneaton. Go left onto the ring road. Two junctions round, take B114 sign Coleshill. After 2 miles take local road right and right again to Hartshill. M42 eastbound Off M42 at junction 10, then A5 to Nuneaton. Take Hartshill turnoff follow directions into Hartshill. M42 Westbound off at junction 11 take A444 to Nuneaton. Right onto A5 Then left to Hartshill. |
