Addlestone Tourist Information |
|
Addlestone is a small town where the thousand year old crouch Oak once marked the boundary of Windsor forest and there is a legend that Queen Elizabeth I stopped to picnic beside it. The town once housed the Bleriot Aeroplane factory and played a part in the development of the country's aircraft industry.
