The Bungalow is situated in the rural village of Weston, located on the Stoneleigh Holiday Village (now Weston Bay Resort) which is a private holiday village near Sidmouth and makes an ideal holiday location for exploring East Devon. Overlooking the historic Jurassic Coast, awarded World Heritage Status, next door to the famous Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and in between Sidmouth and Branscombe, Weston is on the doorstep to the South West Coastal Path with cliff top peaks and rolling countryside ideally situated for a walking holiday.
Nearby village pubs in Branscombe serve good food, wine and a selection of locally brewed beers. There is an excellent café at the Donkey Sanctuary next door.
A retreat for country lovers set within the beautiful countryside of East Devon Heritage Coast, Weston Valley and much of the Coastal Path are National Trust Property. Secluded valleys and unspoilt villages with olde worlde pubs serving good meals and real ale, thatched, cosy tea rooms serving delicious cream teas and homemade ice creams.
From the bungalow there is a path through the scenic National Trust land leading to the secluded Weston Mouth pebble beach (only accessible by foot). The quaint fishing village of Beer and coastal towns of Seaton and Lyme Regis are not far.
