Situated in the best location in Eastbourne seafront, the apartments are the ideal base for the discerning holiday maker.

The apartments are furnished to the highest standards with designer kitchens which have dishwashers, washing machines, fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven and hob and also included are cleaning materials and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with underfloor heating and the lounge is open plan with large LCD satelitte television and DVD player, cream leather sofas and dinning table seating four.

A sunny balcony, with fabulous sea views, leads off the lounge and master bedroom.

All rooms in the apartment have direct sea views. The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed whilst the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a secure underground car park with lift access to the apartments on the 4th and 5th floors.

This property is not suitable for children under 8 years of age.

There is complimentary broadband and telephone in the 4th floor apartment for guests use.

Complimentary toiletries are also supplied making your stay more like a luxury hotel but with the freedom of self-catering.

Directions

The apartments are located on the seafront between the Bandstand and the Wish Tower. On reaching the seafront pass the Pier on the left and continue east towards Beachy Head for about 500 yards and the building is on the left opposite the Alexander Hotel.
We offer a complimentary pick up service to guests arriving by train.
