Braeside Mews is just a few mintues walk from Goodrington beach in Paignton. Behind the beach is the Water Park, Quay West. Nearby are the amusements, miniature golf, and boating lake with bumper boats.
From here you can pick up the coastal footpath which takes you to Paignton in one direction and Brixham in the other. Overlooking the sea is a family pub offering excellent pub food.
Goodrington Railway Station is only a 5 minute walk away where you can embark on a Steam Train ride to Dartmouth.
Other local attractions include Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts and Kents Cavern.
The house is arranged over 3 floors with the kitchen/dining area on the ground floor.
On the fisrt floor is the lounge with bed settee and balcony, and a bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. A single bedroom with en-suite shower room is also on this floor.
The house enjoys communal gardens and an allocated parking space.
