With five bedrooms over two floors, this house is ideal for the larger family or group of friends.
It is situated an easy walk from Presteigne's thriving High Street (approximately 800 metres), and there is also a corner store even closer.
Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room with toilet and basin.
First floor: Bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 four- poster, 1 twin.
Second Floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 king-size, 2 twin.
There is also a large games room with darts, table football and 1/2 size pool and table tennis.
The property is fully heated, but also benefits from a wood burning stove in the lounge (for which we provide an initial supply of logs. The gas heating and power are covered within the rental price. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The cottage is in the centre of the town of Presteigne. On entering the town from the by-pass, follow the signs for The Judges Lodgings and Tourist Information Centre. At the mini roundabout (opposite Nat West bank), turn right into Hereford Street.
Ivy House is within 400 yards on the left hand side, just past the Baptist church. If approaching from Mortimers Cross, it is possible to enter Hereford Street directly from the large roundabout at the edge of town. In this case, Ivy House will be on the Right hand side about 200 metres past the small store. Nearest station: Knighton 7 miles. Pick-up can be booked by prior arrangement. |
