For bookings made less that 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental 50% of the total fee is payable. The balance shall be payable 6 weeks before the commencement of the rental. A refundable security deposit of £125 is payable when booking. Cancellation for what ever reason shall be in writing to the owner. If owner succeeds in re-letting the property for the whole period all monies paid less an administration charge of £20 will be refunded. Re-letting for part period, the difference will be refunded less £20 administration charge. |
