Tudor End is a modernised, self-contained wing of a Grade II* listed building, situated in the centre of the beautiful village of King's Sutton next to the church, which boasts a 198ft spire and is floodlit at night.
It is within easy reach of Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, and the Cotswolds, as well as many other places of interest, such as Silverstone, Upton House, and Blenheim Palace.
The accommodation has been refurbished to a high standard, with 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bath/shower rooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a woodburning stove in the period fireplace of the large sitting room, and Tudor End is furnished with both modern and antique furniture and retains many period features. There is a flat screen TV, DVD and radio. The kitchen is newly converted with electric hob, double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and separate dryer.
There is a small private garden at the front, with use of owner's large garden at rear, as well as their indoor swimming pool and sauna, by arrangement. The property has gas central heating. Nearby are village pubs serving good food and there is a good general store and a post office. Longer stays by business people are welcome, and prices may be negotiated with the owner. One small pet may be accepted by arrangement, but should be kept downstairs. In season, produce from the owner's garden may be available. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Sorry, no smokers.
