A stylish 2 bedroom terraced house with open plan modernist kitchen and light, airy day room for relaxing and dining. There is also a cosy lounge with a real wood burning stove.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. Also on this floor is a family bathroom and on the second floor there is a further bedroom with twin beds.

Both the lounge and day room have digital TV and DVD Player. The day room opens on to a decked garden equipped with outdoor furniture.


Children are welcome.

All towels, linen, electricity and gas are included in the rental charge.

Grove Cottage is on a quiet street with free on street parking and is within a 10 minute walk from the historic centre of Beverley.

There is a Tesco Superstore and an excellent deli within a 5 minute walk.
Minimum stay is 3 days.
