There are two camping fields with a total of 3 acres, which are adjacent to Whixley Lodge, Close to Shops & garage with mini store, also Farm shop including a Chinese restaurant with a take away 2 minutes drive from the camping sites.

Close to Knaresborough-York-Wetherby-Harrogate next A59 easy access to all locations.
The Rail station Knaresborough & York central for all locations in Yorkshire, next to Whixley Lodge. York & Knaresborough, Light water valley, just a short drive away.
Situated just off the A1M motorway, junction 47 on to A59 York Road 2 miles on the left.
There are 4 good restaurants 1 minutes drive from Whixley Lodge, serving a selection of good food and wine. There are 6 local pubs and inns within 1 minute by road. If you fancy a round of golf with a driving range, Flaxby golf course is just down the road 2 minutes drive.
Allerton Castle a 1 minute drive takes you to the Castle gates.
Neil Morrissey's pub, The Old Punch Bowl at Grafton is 3 minutes drive from Whixley Lodge.(Men behaving badly TV program).
Both fields have fresh tap water & Chemical toilet disposal points, some hard standings in the field.
