A quiet and isolated site in open country with no near neighbours situated on the Hobhole Bank famous for fishing, between the A52 and the A16 East of Boston towards Skegness. Situated on the edge of The Fens with much wildlife, and with The Lincolnshire Wolds visible on the horizon.

A secluded 6 pitch site and an adjacent meadow with room for rallies or groups. WC and Shower at the house, and facilities block with WCs and shower, kitchen area with sink, kettle toaster fridge/freezer of use to tent campers.

We have many creatures on site, from tortoises to our collection of owls, pigmy goats, ducks, geese and ornamental pheasants. dogs welcome if kept on lead within the site area. There is ample space for dogs to run in the adjacent lane and fields. We have bats, House Martins, Swallows, Owls, Goldfinches, Yellow Hammers, Wagtails and many butterflies attracted by our many plants,shrubs and trees. A Little Egret has been seen from the meadow and occasionally Deer.

There is a large barn suitable for wet weather or for groups to meet socially. Nearest pub and Restaurant is The Castle Inn on the A52, 2.5 miles. Good village shop with post office, and a doctors at Olde Leake, about 5 minutes drive.

This Site is suitable for an overnight stay or up to 28 days. Campers have come for one night and stayed three, and for one week and stayed four. Many come back.
