Abbey Farm is situated in North Suffolk, on the border of Norfolk in the heart of East Anglia, just off the A143 and the A140, approximately three and a half miles from Diss and three miles from Eye.

Bury St.Edmunds, Norwich and Ipswich are all approximately 20/22 miles.

The Suffolk Heritage Coast with the beautiful towns Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick approximately 45 minutes.

Diss train station is approximately three and a half miles away with very good direct links to London Liverpool Street and Stratford for the 2012 Olympics.
