    A warm welcome to very comfortable accommodation on a quiet road joining the B4361 at Luston to the A49 at Ashton.

    There are a variety of farm animals to be seen and the rural location is lovely.

    There is ample parking and you can look forward to a full farmhouse breakfast in the morning.

    The surrounding countryside with its network of footpaths, trees, woods, varied wildlife are just some of the distinctive natural features that give the area around Luston its character.

    Around Luston lie many places of historic significance including Berrington Hall (National Trust) in Ashton, Eye Manor, the Holy Well at Luston, Eyton Common, churches both large and small and a wealth of timber framed houses.

    Five Oaks is on the left just after you cross over the railway bridge.

    From Leominster proceed north along the B4361 (signposted
    Richard's Castle).
    Turn right at Luston and Five Oaks is a mile down the lane on your right.
