Osborne House is an elegant Victorian villa set in a secluded location but a short walk from the centre of Ballater village.
It has a colonial style verandah looking out onto a large garden, with greenery on all sides.
There are two double/twin rooms with en suite shower rooms and a single room on the ground floor with its own bathroom.
There is a lounge with an open fire and television for guests, and wi-fi throughout the house available for a small extra fee.
We offer a choice of hot or cold delicious home-cooked breakfasts and will be pleased to do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay on Royal Deeside.
Osborne House is a small B&B with a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.
Guests who arrive at teatime are offered a complimentary tea or coffee and home-cooked cake.
