Lynwood house is a beautifully renovated bed and breakfast located just north of the city centre.
All of our en-suite bedrooms are spacious and lovingly furnished, providing modern facilities within a Victorian home.
Each room has up to 50mbps high speed broadband Wi-Fi and cat 6 cable, flat screen televisions with free view channels.
Our luxurious bathrooms are tiled, six with travertine tiles and under floor heating and all have powerful showers. White fluffy towels and Duck Island toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience.
Our award winning breakfast is a real treat, with a selection of cereals fresh fruit, fruit juice and yoghurt just to get you ready for our traditional full English with homemade oat crusted potato cake, or choose an omelette with a wide choice of fillings, or haddock and poached eggs or scrambled eggs.
Our organic breads are baked within one mile and delivered straight from the oven to our door, we also have Lynwood house honey from our own bees at the bottom of our garden.

If you are coming to Cambridge by train you can catch the citi 1 bus from outside the station, make sure it's the Arbury citi 1.
Get off at Milton road opposite the Tommy Tucker take-away and the Block Buster video hire shop. w We are a five minute walk from this bus stop. Cross the road and turn right stay on the path and follow round to the left keep walking round the corner and go past the Co-op on the left. We are about one hundred metres past this on the left. From the bus station you need to head for Victoria Avenue. Walk down this road until you come to the second pelican crossing, at this point you want to turn right and head for the Fort Saint George Pub across Midsummer Common. Walk over the foot bridge and follow the road to the end. Turn left at the bottom follow this round to the right (the Old Spring Pub and cycle shop is on your left). Turn right at the end into Chesterton Road walk over the pelican crossing turn right. Go over George Street and we are on your left about fifty metres. |
