This is a small farmstead located in a rural but not isolated location five miles or so inland from Berwick upon Tweed.
We have two double rooms and they share a bathroom.
There is also a shower room on the premises.
We are homely and friendly and definitely not boutique.
We do have animals on this farm.
We are easy to find from the A1.
A great place to stop off if travelling south to north or visa versa.
Ideal for two couples travelling together.
Perfectly located for touring north Northumberland, the Scottish Borders and East Lothian.
1 hour maximum by road to Edinburgh which is only 35 minutes by train from Berwick (and less hassle than parking there).
One and a half hours maximum to Newcastle upon Tyne.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
We do not publish our tariff details as they fluctuate depending on the season. Our rates are per room and are very competitive. Open all year round except for Christmas - snow permitting !! We accept cheques drawn on UK bank or cash, we do not accept credit cards. |

Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed. We have pets here of our own and it would be unfair on them to introduce more! Pet owners should understand.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is allowed. No smoking indoors but you can smoke outside in the courtyard.

A6105 signposted Foulden, Duns. Travel 5 miles. Pass through Foulden village (pretty row of cottages on right). Turn left at the crossroads after the village. Drive straight down the lane for about a minute. We are on the right hand side. |
