At the Y-Not Guest House, we are a short walk from the Boston Train and Coach stations. It takes about five to ten minutes to walk to them.

We are a ten to fifteen minute walk into the town centre, or a five minute car journey. There are taxis at all the terminals.

We have a local paper shop, a butchers and a co-op on Argyle Street and a 24hr Asda store, these are only a five minute walk from the Y-Not Guest House.

We are on a quiet road next to the 40 foot drain where there is a good fishing bank.

The B&B is only a five minute walk from the Peter Paine sports club situated on Roseberry Avenue. Here there are badminton courts, football, hockey and cricket pitches, squash courts, aerobics classes and a pool club where they hold the county tournaments.

This is also a popular place for social events, weddings, christenings and birthday parties.

Further down the road, five minutes by car we have the Princess Royal Arena, athletic tracks and gym facilities and a swimming pool and the Boston Rugby club.

We have many restaurants and cafes in the town centre, all types of cuisine for you to choose from. We have tried most of them, so we can advise on your personal choice.

We have a fantastic theatre called Blackfriars, this is a favourite of ours and we have artists and performers come and stay from the various productions and also guests who travel to see particular performances.

Along Sleaford Road we have the tennis club that is about a ten minute walk from Y-Not B&B.

Y-Not B&B is only a ten minute walk from the Boston Rowing club where we see many rowers competing for the different events like GB trials, Boston to Lincoln boat race.

It is a pleasant walk or cycle along the river bank along the Witham way.

You have fine restaurants at the sluice bridge and at Antons Gowt if you wish to stop and rest awhile.

We are only a five minute walk from the cycle path and we get many cyclists doing the Truss Trans Way and walkers completing the Macmillan way.

We have an alarmed garage facility for you to lock up your cycles whilst you visit the Town.

Along the route out of town we have the RSPB reserves at Frampton Marsh and at Frieston Shore which attract many visitors to the area.

We have a boat called the Boston Belle which does river or sea trips and a cafe called the Jolly Sailor at the terminal that does good tradition food.

Around the town centre we have many shops and historical places to visit. Walks around the town showing the history as you go.

We have the woodlands trust walks only a five minute walk from the Y-Not B&B where you can watch the birds and enjoy the countryside.

Close by to the bed and breakfast we have three golf courses.

Sixteen miles away from Y-Not we have the home of the Dam Busters at Woodhall Spa and the Battle of Britain Museum at Coningsby.

The same distance of 16 miles at East Kirkby we have the Aviation Museum where the Lancaster is based.

Lots of wonderful history to be explored.
