We are located a five minute walk from the town centre, where there are a variety of pubs and restaurants.

We are a ten minute drive from the Afan Forest Park for mountain bikers and walkers, five minutes from Margam Park, and about five minutes from Aberavon Beach.

Swansea is seven miles away, and Cardiff about 30 miles.

Each of our rooms has a welcome tray, a TV and DVD player, and we do provide a large variety of DVDs for you to borrow.

There are alarm clocks and hairdryers provided.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are light and airy.

In good weather, the garden is a lovely place to sit.

In the main B&B house, there is free Wifi provided.

Those staying in the Garden House are welcome to come over and use the Wifi in the dining room.

We are a Welsh B&B with an American flavour and we provide American hospitality and both Welsh and American breakfasts.

We strive to have all our guests leave having had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
