Situated between Holbeach and Fleet, Lucan Lodge is in an ideal location for exploring the diversity that Lincolnshire has to offer, from historical cities and market towns to fishing and aviation heritage.

We welcome business persons visiting companies within the locality.

Lucan Lodge is a very comfortable modern house, decorated to the highest standard.

There is ample off road parking and a secure storage for bikes.

We have three guest rooms, and can offer single, twin or double accommodation.

A family room could be made available on request.

Each room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a digital flat screen TV including freeview and DVD player.

Tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer are also available in these homely centrally heated rooms.

Free wireless broadband Internet access is available, but you will require your own wireless enabled laptop to use this facility.

Other facilities - microwave, tumble dryer etc. may be available on request.

There are two private guest bathrooms with plenty of hot water to have a nice long relaxing soak or a vigorously refreshing shower!

There is a No Smoking policy throughout the house for the comfort and safety of our guests.

You are welcome to smoke outside in the patio area where seating is provided.

A full English breakfast including cereals, fruit and juices is available in the dining room with all fresh food locally sourced whenever possible.

Dietary requirements may be catered for if notified in advance.

Breakfast times are negotiable according to individual needs.

This part of Lincolnshire offers a diversity of locations and attractions for the visitor.

The historic city of Lincoln and castle are well worth a visit, as are the historic 'Stump' at Boston and the various market towns with their own individual charm.
