Arundel Holt Court is a large family home high in the hills between Petworth, Pulborough and Wisborough Green.

We are well situated for Goodwood and its many activities (Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood, Goodwood Revival) and the Polo at Cowdray Park in Midhurst.

Nearby Petworth is a lovely market town, and its many antique shops attract visitors from around the world.

We are also close to Haslemere, Midhurst and the South Coast.

Bedham is an excellent base for exploring West Sussex, especially walking or cycling.

Please see our link above for more information.

The house is set in part of the oldest beech forest in the country.

In fact, it is named after these woods - Arundel Holt.

The house has been added to over the years and the oldest part is about 200 years old and probably started life as charcoal burners' cottages, beech being a particularly good wood for charcoal.

The house has a spectacular 20 mile view to the east and as it is possible to see so far, on some days the view changes in dramatic fashion.

It is breathtaking to see huge elements like cloud shadows and sun as they move across the landscape.

Despite being in this wonderful, isolated and quiet location Pulborough Station, just over an hour from London Victoria, is less than ten minutes drive away.

We always have three (and a half) rooms available!

Doubles, some en-suite and one with an adjoining single room, ideal for a child or a friend.

All the rooms have recently been decorated in a modern and chic style and have great views either over our terraced garden to the beech woods beyond or the big views to the East.

We aim to provide relaxed, friendly and special bed and breakfast in a truly stunning location.

The comments from guests indicate that we seem to be getting there.

We look forward to welcoming you too.
