Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our B&B in the friendly village of Beaford, set in the beautiful North Devon countryside.

There are so many things to see and do in North Devon, that if you come for a weekend you will want to stay for a week and if you come for a week, you will want to return again and again!

We have two large family sized guest bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded.

The rooms share their own private shower room, ideal for a family or group of friends - we usually only book both rooms together to groups who know each other.

An air bed can be put into either room if small children wish to share with their parents.

Both rooms are fully equipped with flat screen TV/DVD and tea/coffee making facilities.

    Internet access is also available.

We have plenty of off road parking and being situated on the main (but quiet!) A3124 through the village, we are easy to find.

So, why wait any longer? Come and treat yourself to a break!

On your arrival we will offer you tea and biscuits, or for £2.50 per head, a traditional cream tea with fresh scones, clotted cream and jam, crumpets, teacakes or a selection of home or locally made cakes. (If you are staying for 3 days or more, your first cream tea will be free!)

A delicious breakfast of your choice (including of course the traditional full English) will be served between 8.30am and 9.30am in our spacious dining room, or weather permitting in the garden.

If you wish to eat earlier, just let us know beforehand.

We can also provide packed lunches if you are planning a day out.

All our food and drink is, wherever possible, either locally sourced or Fair Trade.

The Post House is non-smoking and, we can only take pets by prior arrangement.

At the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway, go straight on towards South Molton.
After about 16 miles, when you get to the next mini roundabout, turn left and go through South Molton.
At the end of the square, take right exit over zebra crossing and go up the hill, turning left towards Torrington.
Follow this road (it will start to get a bit bendy & a bit hilly) until you get to Umberleigh.
The road goes sharp right over the river and then you turn left at the junction with the Rising Sun pub opposite.
Stay on this road (A377) for 3-4 miles until you get to the hamlet of Kingford.
Almost immediately after the Kingford sign, turn right between the 2 houses.

At the junction, turn left (B3217 signed Winkleigh) and stay on this road for approximately 3 miles.
