If you're looking for a relaxed and friendly rural retreat from which to enjoy the beautiful Isle of Wight countryside, then High Pines B&B is for you.

Adgestone is on the south-east side of the island close to the village of Brading and about 2 miles from Sandown seafront.

It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with some of the most spectacular views on the island, such as Culver Down.

Easy access to bridleways, footpaths and cycle routes make this an ideal location for walkers and cyclists.

We have two large guest rooms; both are on the first floor.

One can be configured with either twin or super king beds and has a shower room.

The other has a double bed and bath with shower over.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. High season prices range from..£37 - £47 per person per night. Low season prices range from...£34 - £42 per person per night. We were blown away with the place.it's all the little extras that make it so wonderful..would definitely stay here again Very impressed with the quality of the property and we both especially liked having breakfast served in our room
