    A warm welcome awaits you at this grade 2 listed farmhouse, with its comfortable and spacious rooms, each tastefully decorated to its individual style. Each room looks out over the pleasant rolling countryside.

    This working dairy/arable farm, is situated close to the pretty market town of Diss, with the attractive East Coast, Broads and historic Norwich all within easy reach.

    All rooms are fully en-suite with baths and showers, together with TV, central heating tea/coffee making facilities.

    Breakfasts are served in the Dining Room, looking out over the parkland, grazed by the farm's dairy herd.

    Fresh local produce is used wherever possible.

    From A140 Norwich Ipswich road:
    Take A143 to Bury St Edmunds, at next roundabout straight on, then after about 2 miles, just before the village of Wortham, you will see the Rookery Farm entrance on your left.
