This former farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of the lovely village of Gayton, 6 miles East of Kings Lynn; it is full of character, dating back to before 1800.

The 2 ground floor bedrooms, are well equipped and spacious with garden views, Kingsize beds, TV, drinks facilities, hairdyer and even a fridge. Each en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is a large and comfortable guest lounge-dining room, where guests can relax at any time.

Our delicious breakfasts include healthy options as well as local bacon, sausages, free range eggs etc.

Because we are small and keen to please, we are happy to discuss menus with guests and cook favourite meals, rather than tell you what to eat!

By prior arrangement, we offer half or full board and tasty packed lunches are also available.

There are many interesting walks from our front gate and many places of interest are only a short drive away.

    3 Miles from A47
6 Miles from Kings Lynn (Market every Tuesday and Saturday)
8 Miles from Sandringam and RAF Marham
11 Miles from Swaffham (Market every saturday)
15 Miles from Fakenham (Market every Thursday)
Close to Hunstanton, Brancaster, Titchwell (RSPB Reserve) etc

But some guests enjoy just going nowhere and chilling out for a day or two in the grounds; sitting out with a drink and watching the sun disappear over the meadow is hard to beat!

We have 3 acres of grounds including lawns, many fine old trees, a small orchard and a meadow. We encourage guests to relax and explore in the grounds at any time during their stay.

Gayton is on the junction of the B1145 and B1153, only 4 miles from Peddars Way, an ancient Roman Road, now popular with walkers.

There is a Post Office, garage and two pubs, which serve excellent food.

We can collect guests from train-bus station and we cater for guests who may want to stay around all day.

We welcome holiday and business travellers.
