A delightful cottage set in a quiet village at the foot of the Downs. It has a traditional tea room and courtyard as well as cottage gardens with outside seating, very popular in the summer.

The choice and quality of the food is excellent. Afternoon tea choices include sandwiches, teacakes, homemade scones and cakes. There are light lunches and Sunday roasts and of course cream teas, with strawberries and clotted cream, are a favourite!

Each room is decorated to the highest standard, retaining the charm of when the cottage was built in 1815.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, Television, vanity basin, alarm clock and radio. There is an outside barbeque for guests to use.

Walkers and cyclists are especially welcome and drying facilities are available on request.
We also offer a luggage storage and transfer if necessary.
There is a secure cycle store.

Evening meals, packed lunches are available to guests. All food is homemade.
