Our Guest House is a beautiful Victorian house, which has been modernised, but still maintains many of its period features.
Our rooms are all amply proportioned and all are en-suite and centrally heated. They contain TV and have Tea and Coffee making facilities.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available on request.
Breakfast is included in the charge.
We are just 30m from the sea and a 5 minute flat walk to the town centre and pier, with all the amenities Eastbourne has to offer.
You will find shops, theatres, bars and restaurants, which cater for a wide variety of tastes.

Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
Our tariff is constant throughout the year at £30 per person per night based on two sharing. Single occupancy of a double is £45 when available. All year except Christmas and New Year. |
