Boscote offers private, friendly and flexible accommodation. Its uniqueness lies in its flexibility as accommodation can be provided on a bed and wonderful self-serve continental breakfast basis, weekly self-catering or room only basis.
Boscote is situated in a very central location just 7 minutes walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatres and the town centre. We are a one minute walk from the beautiful recreation park through which the glorious River Avon runs.
Our rooms are modern and stylish. They are centrally heated and double glazed. All rooms have wireless internet access, TV, DVD, hairdrier and tea and coffee making facilities. Free on-site parking is provided.
Boscote accommodation is as follows :
1) Boscote Guest Suite: comprising modern double bedroom with own entrance, sitting area, bathroom, kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing machine and a sunny private outside terrace.
2) Boscote Double: comprising modern double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
We pride ourselves on our delicious self-serve continental breakfasts which consist of: croissants, jams, marmalades, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, fresh juices, tea and coffee.

By Car: from Junction 15 M40 motorway: A46 south to Stratford-Upon-Avon. At first roundabout take left turn to Stratford town centre. Continue for a few miles until you reach the town centre. Stay in left hand lane and proceed left over bridge across River Avon. At next roundabout turn right down Shipston Road. Boscote is four houses before the traffic lights on the left hand side.
By Train: we are a short taxi ride from the train station. By Bus: on foot : Turn left on the pathway on the road keeping the leisure centre on your left. Go past the Moat House Hotel on your left and walk over the bridge across the River Avon. At the next roundabout take the right hand road which is the Shipston Road. We are about 5-7 minutes walk on the left hand side four houses before the traffic lights. |
