Barleycorn House Bed and Breakfast sits in the beautiful Exe Valley on the Devon and Somerset border, near Exmoor National Park and the town of Tiverton.

This family-run former coaching inn offers comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with two double bedrooms, a large family suite with two bedrooms, and one accessible room on the ground floor, suitable for the older or disabled guest.

All rooms are en-suite, with TVs and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have central heating.

The dining room over looks the fields and hills to the front of the property. Breakfast is served between the hours of 8.00am and 9.30 am, and at other times by prior arrangement. A full English breakfast is offered using local produce where possible, with vegetarian options.
