The Carbis bay beach is a five-minute walk away and St Ives town, with all its beaches, charm and character, is only a five minute drive, bus or train ride away.
There are seven well appointed, modern rooms available comprising four doubles (one king size bed), one twin, one family room and one single room. The double and twin rooms all have en-suite facilities, whilst the single has its own private facilities. All rooms have TV, drinks chiller, courtesy trays, hair dryer and central heating. There is a separate dining room and residents lounge. The lounge is fully equipped with 42" plasma TV, DVD and video. The Guesthouse in non-smoking.

If arriving by car, there is a free car park available to guests. For those arriving by train, a branch line train links the main line St Erth station to Carbis Bay and St Ives at frequent intervals. The Carbis Bay station is a short distance from The Mustard Tree, but as the walk uphill, collection from the station can be arranged. For those arriving by air, collection from Newquay airport can also be arranged. If you need car hire during your stay we recommend www.stivescarhire.co.uk for competitive rates.

Breakfast is included in the overnight price. Since there are many restaurants to choose from in the area for full evening meals, we offer a śLite Bite" menu between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. with a range of excellent value meals, such as jacket potatoes and various baguettes approx £3.00.

    Christian Retreats
The Mustard tree is ideal for Christian retreats, such as a home group away weekend, ALPHA group away weekends etc. The lounge is large and can be used as a meeting place and the plasma screen can be used for DVD, video and PC laptop presentations. The seven bedroom arrangements can be flexible. Keyboards (+musician if required) are available for worship. The Mustard Tree is available for retreats in off peak season i.e. not in June to September or bank holiday weekends. The cost for a full board weekend, from Friday evening meal to Sunday lunch is £75 per person.
