Situated 4 miles from the historic town of Barnstaple and also being close to the rolling hills of Exmoor is the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Other points of interest include Arlington Court and Marwood Hill Gardens.

The Bed and Breakfast is part of a working sheep farm and also the home of the Helenbrie Stud, which consists of approx 30 miniature shetland ponies of varying colours.

We have been providing accommodation for over 20 years only taking 1 party at anytime which provides total privacy. On arriving for breakfast you can expect a full English Breakfast.

There is a pub with in walking distance of the acommodation which provides evening meals. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangment only.

Directions
On arriving in Barnstaple take the A361 road out of town. Take turning for Bradiford keep straight on making for the village of Prixford and on into Guineaford. Valley View is the bungalow on the right going down the hill after passing the Methodist Chapel.
