Beaconsfield Tourist Information

The picturesque town of Beaconsfield is divided into two separate and distinct parts – the old and the new. The attractive old town, is flanked by former coaching inns and old buildings. Despite modern traffic, Beaconsfield still retains a village atmosphere and there is a bustling market held every Tuesday.

The new town is home to Bekonscot Model Village, the oldest model village in the world, and Enid Blyton wrote many of her books whilst living at 'Green Hedges'. Not far from Beaconsfield is Odds Farm Park where there are daily activities plus additional attractions including pets corner.
