Aggies Cottage is a charming barn conversion for up to six people offering 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, above the charming Victorian seaside resort of Ilfracombe and close to the blue-flag beach at Woolacombe.
From the pretty courtyard, you enter the open plan ground floor featuring a well equipped kitchen, dining area with traditional pine farmhouse table and lounge area with corner sofa ideal for curling up to watch a DVD on the wall mounted flat screen TV, or play board games with the family or friends.
One set of stairs leads up to a cosy double bedroom with beamed ceiling and sea views.
From the kitchen area, two steps lead to a hall with two bedrooms off it - one with a king-sized sleigh bed the other with twin beds.
Both bedrooms have access to a large tiled shower room with toilet.
On the ground floor is a lovely Victorian bathroom with traditional roll top cast iron bath and toilet.
The stable door in the lounge area opens on to 3.5 acres of beautiful grounds with uninterrupted views across the Devon Countryside to the sea. A small set of steps leads to a private picnic area with gas fired BBQ for exclusive use by Aggie's guests.
Aggie's also has parking space for 2-3 cars.
