Mayfield Court is a luxury holiday home accommodating up to 2 guests. The apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of Great Malvern, with its numerous facilities and the Malvern Hills.

The light and airy accommodation comprises a living/dining area furnished to a very high standard, with a dining table and 2 chairs, sofa, TV with Freeview, DVD player and a stereo/CD player.

There is a good sized well equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, cooker, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

There is one contemporary furnished double bedroom.

The bathroom benefits from a modern suite with a bath and a shower.

There are two allocated parking spaces in the private car park and unlimited parking at the front of the property.

All power, heating, linen and house towels are provided. A welcome pack containing many delicious items, including French bread and cakes, awaits guests on their arrival.

Directions

From the M5 Junction 7 (Worcester South) follow signs to Malvern along the A422 and A449 until you reach an island with the retail park on your left. Take the 1st exit onto Townsend Way - B4208 (signposted Welland) and proceed over 3 roundabouts. Continue past Mayfield Road and Mayfield Grove is situated on the left. After turning into Mayfield Grove, pass 2 houses and then turn right through the archway where the parking spaces are to be found immediately on the left. See map.
