Sharnberry is a newly built property, situated within the 2000 hectar Hamsterley Forest, which is a public forest estate managed by the Forestry Commission.

Sharnberry is a detached property within its own half acre plot, it sits on a private road off the main forest drive. There are other properties in the area so its not totally isolated.

Within the forest are many miles of cycle, bridleway and walking tracks. These are all on your doorstep, literally, the trees come up to the boundary fence.

Adjacent to the forest are Weardale and Teasdale, there is access to each of these from Sharnberry over the nearby moorland.

Sharnberry is very comfortable with all facilities, including a wood burning stove with its own log store (well there's plenty of it about). Please see our web site for more information.
