The apartment is set in an elevated position in itís own grounds in a recently converted detached house and occupies the upper floor. It has its own well maintained lawned private garden with fantastic sea views, overlooking Goodrington Beach and Youngs Park, and has seating and table with barbecue area.

Off Street parking for 2 cars and a small boat-water craft. 10 mins walk to beaches and town centre.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain.

It enjoys spectacular sea views from the lounge and both bedrooms.

The lounge-dining room comprises of 2 large 3 seater sofas, television and DVD with Sky full package, music centre, wifi, coffee table, electric fire in fire surround. Dining table and chairs.

The kitchen has an integrated ceramic hob and electric cooker. Views out to sea, and over the front garden. It has a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, mini oven, blender, tea coffee maker, kettle etc.

The Master bedroom ahs a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms benefit from wall-mounted flatscreen TVs.

Towels and linen are included, Beds are made for your arrival, and the apartment is cleaned every Saturday.

Duvets and pillows are feather and down, but if you prefer we have alternatives available - please advise when booking.

There is a shower room with wash hand basin and separate toilet.

Various games, books and DVDs are available in the apartment as well as a Play Station 2.
