Superior 1 & 2 bedroom self-catering serviced apartments located within Glasgow's Merchant City.

Located in new buildings with a lift and secure entry system they provide the ideal alternative to hotel living.

EAch apartment has been stylishly furnished and have a beautiful lounge with a great dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with all the integrated appliance you could ask for).

Sleeping up to 4 or 6 people, these stylish holiday accommodation has been furnished to an impeccable standard with contemporary, modern furnishings.

In the living room you will find two comfy sofas and a flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, Freeview and an iPod docking station. One sofa turns into a large sofa-bed, which can easily accommodate two people in comfort. The bedrooms feature either a king size bed and twin/superkings beds.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, and a range of complimentary toiletries.

Barony Apartments Booking

EMAIL OR TELEPHONE BOOKING: The Guest may book by email, following initial enquiries or by telephone

PAYMENT: Payment may be made by credit/debit card, sterling cheque or bank transfer. Cash is only accepted in exceptional circumstances. If payment is to be made by way of credit/debit card this shall be done via paypal. It is the responsibility of the guest to pay the balance within the specified timescale. Where a Guest elects to pay by cheque or bank transfer, the Booking deposit must be received within 5 days of receipt of the Booking Confirmation and the balance must be received not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If cheque or bank transfer payments are not received within these timescales, the Guest risks the cancellation of the Booking and the loss of any Booking deposit paid.

BOOKING DEPOSIT: A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the Booking is payable by the Guest following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation. If a Booking is made less than 28 days prior to the date of arrival, then the full Booking amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.

BOOKING BALANCE: The balance of the Booking must be received by Barony Apartment not less than 28 days prior to the date of arrival. If the balance is not received by this date, Barony Apartment will be entitled to re-let the Apartment for the period and the deposit will be forfeited. Barony Apartment will provide notice to the Guest prior to re-letting the Apartment.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT: A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required when full balance is paid. The deposit is returned within 7 days subject to no losses or damage being incurred. If breakage or damage occurs, this would be recovered at cost.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest
If the guest cancels the Booking after having paid the Booking Deposit and before paying any further monies due by any specified due date then the entire Booking Deposit shall be forfeited.
If the Guest cancels the booking at least eight weeks before the date of arrival, the cost of the Booking will be refunded less the booking deposit.
If the guest cancels the booking less than eight weeks before the date of arrival then no refund will be given.
If the guest cancels the booking Barony Apartment will seek to re-let the Apartment. If successful in doing so, a refund will be made to the guest, equivalent to the rental achieved through the re-letting, (which may be less than the amount paid by the guest for the original booking), less the booking deposit. If Barony Apartment is unable to re-let the Apartment, the guest will forfeit the full booking amount.
If the Guest wishes to cancel the Booking, cancellation MUST be given in writing by email or by post to Barony Apartment. On receipt of notice of such cancellation Barony Apartment will issue an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation to the Guest by email or post. If the guest does not receive such acknowledgement by Barony Apartment, then notice of the cancellation will be deemed NOT to have been received by Barony Apartment and the Booking will stand.
Should you require to curtail your stay, no refunds are given.
Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.

Cancellation by Barony Apartment
If the Apartment cannot be made available for the period booked by the Guest due to cancellation by Barony Apartment, the full amount for the Booking paid by the Guest will be refunded by Barony Apartment to the Guest and the Guest will have no claim against Barony Apartment. Guests are strongly advised to take out a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy to cover such eventualities.

In the unlikely event that the Apartment is unavailable though events arising outside the control of Barony Apartment, Barony Apartment may be forced to cancel the Booking and will inform the Guest of any such circumstances as soon as possible and where feasible will offer the Guest alternative accommodation of a similar price and location. If the alternative accommodation offered is unacceptable to the Guest then Barony Apartment will refund all monies paid by the Guest in full and thereafter the Guest will have no further claim against Barony Apartment.
Check In and Check Out

Check In and Check Out
Check in time is after 2.00pm on the date of arrival. Guests MUST advise Barony Apartments of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). Barony Apartment will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment.

Check out is by 11.00am on the date of departure. We will endeavour to be flexible if you require an alternative departure time. Please contact us should this be required.

Check in and Check out times will take place at the Barony Apartment and shall be arranged at the time of booking to accommodate guests.

Latest Check in time - Please note that the latest Check in time is 11pm. If a later check in time is required, please discuss this with Barony Apartment at the time of booking.
The names and the total number of people who will be staying at the apartment for the duration of the booking must be confirmed at the time of booking. Guests not named on the booking or check-in form are not permitted to stay at the apartment.
You will be responsible for the acts of all guests (whether permitted or not) at the apartment during your stay.

Keys
You will be supplied with two sets of keys upon arrival. On the date of departure please lock the door and place keys through the letter box. Any keys not returned on the date of departure will be charged to you at a cost of £100to cover replacement keys and lock changes.
Guest Entry

Use of the apartment shall be for normal domestic purposes only. This does not restrict the Guest from having other guests visit them at the Apartment, however as the apartment is located within a residential area guests are requested to respect other residents by not creating or allowing excess noise or disruptive behaviour.

Parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment or common area at any time - breach of this condition will entitle Barony Apartment to ask you to leave the apartment immediately without any refund.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if the management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink, drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner. The establishment reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other residents or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. No refund will be given to any guest that is asked to leave for any of the aforementioned reasons.

One set of bed linen and one set of towels per person are included in the total Booking cost. For Bookings of 2 weeks or more a light clean of the Apartment and linen/bed linen change will be provided on a weekly basis.
Care of Property, Loss and Damage

Care of Property, Loss or Damage
You are responsible for the apartment during your stay. The apartment is expected to be kept reasonably clean and tidy with security being considered at all times. Doors should be locked and windows closed when leaving the apartment unattended or when checking out.
Should the apartment not be locked upon leaving and loss or damage occurs to the apartment or its contents the costs associated with the loss or damage shall be charged back to you. Barony Apartment reserves the right to charge you an additional fee of £100 for additional cleaning costs should the apartment not be returned in an acceptable condition.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all items in the apartment are not damaged and are in good working order at all times. For the benefit of the next Apartment guests you must report to Barony Apartments any broken or damaged items as soon as possible after gaining entry to the apartment. The guest will not be charged for any incidental breakages or damage, which occurs as a result of normal use subject to the sole discretion of Barony Apartment.
Any items removed from or damaged in the apartment will be charged for and you will be responsible for paying the actual replacement cost advised by Barony Apartment, acting reasonably. Costs will be debited from the payment details supplied when booking / checking in. Any damage to any part of the apartment or any of the fixtures and fittings will be charged to you at the relevant rate including any business interruption losses.
Personal Belongings: Loss or Damage
The establishment shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or negligence of a guest or an act of God. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal accidents save insofar as the same arose through any act or omission of Barony Apartment.
Personal effects and belongings are left in the apartment at an owner's own risk. It is not advised to leave valuable items unattended. Barony Apartment will take no responsibility for any loss incurred.
Maintenance

Maintenance
For maintenance issues during a stay Barony Apartment may need to enter the apartment. The appropriate notice will be given and disruption will be kept to a minimum.
The apartment will be freshly cleaned for your arrival with fresh bed linen and towels supplied. For stays of 7 days or more, bed linens and towels will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned on a weekly basis. Additional linen can be provided for the travel cot, please notify us at the time of booking. Electricity and gas for heating, lighting and cooking is included.
Smoking

The apartments and all common areas of the building are non-smoking and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment at any location by law. If it becomes apparent that smoking has occurred within an apartment (or common area) we will charge you an automatic fee £100 for fumigation.
Pets
No pets are permitted in the apartment. Guide dogs are permitted upon giving prior notice to Barony Apartments
Data

All personal data is collected and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with any third party.
No booking creates any lease or tenancy and the stay, by way of licence, will only be for the period and upon the terms detailed in the booking confirmation.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are breached you or any other guests may be asked to leave immediately.
