Commanding a dramatic position overlooking Loch Tay in Highland Perthshire, Craggantoul Estate is a luxury holiday destination located within a private 40 acre Highland estate, with secluded forest walks, orchards, duck pond, loch frontage and fishing rights.

Craggantoul House
Sleeping twelve people in three double bedrooms, and three twin bedrooms, the property has very spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, ideal for family breaks.

The house is luxuriously furnished and offers all the mod cons for a perfect break, with a romantic spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom, and roaring wood burning stoves to keep our guests snug plus sensational views over the loch from a private terrace.

A glass fronted living room offers unbelievable views over the surrounding meadows and the loch.

The farmhouse kitchen has a large range cooker and all the mods cons for a relaxing break.

The furnishings are soft and comfortable to relax into with a glass of wine at the end of the day and the bedrooms are light and bright, with high back sled beds and memory foam mattresses for ultimate comfort. The spiral staircase up to the master bedroom has private access onto the roof terrace.

Sams Cottage
Sleeping two people very comfortably, the cottage has been newly refurbished and offers spectacular views over the surrounding meadows and over Loch Tay.

The cottage is luxuriously furnished and has a modern kitchen with everything you need on a self catering break.

The sofa bed allows two additional guests to be accommodated.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk in power shower to revive our guests after a day on the mountains!

Outside Sams Cottage is a bubbling hot-tub for two; the perfect place to enjoy the magical views over the Loch Tay scenery. There is also a BBQ and garden furniture outside the cottage.

The Bothy
The newly refurbished Bothy is a cosy retreat, with sensational views over Loch Tay and the surrounding meadows and woodlands.

The property has been furnished in a contemporary style with soft, neutral colours and textures, with the comfort of our guests at the forefront of our minds, to ensure a relaxing holiday experience.

The large double en-suite bedroom has a high backed mahogany king sized sled bed, with sumptuous memory support mattress for ultimate comfort.

The spacious en-suite bathroom is equipped with a luxurious cast iron roll top bath, to sink into after a day in the hills and a large walk in shower.

The Bothy has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and the living area has a roaring wood burning stove, to keep guests warm and toasty throughout the year.

Ben Lawers Rest
A charming log cabin tucked away in the high meadows of Craggantoul Estate.

Ben Lawers Rest has two spacious double en-suite bedrooms, one king and one twin.

This light and airy holiday cottage has neutral and contemporary furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, with all the mod cons!

From the large living area, doors open onto a spacious decking area, from which to enjoy the idyllic beauty of the estate, with unrivalled views over the loch and surrounding hillside.

And if enjoying the views from the decking is not enough, how about soaking them in from the private hot tub in front of the cottage?

The Barn
Newly refurbished spacious and comfortable, perfect for family breaks, or groups of friends to relax in.

The living room has soft, light woollen carpeting and fresh cream sofas, which sit in front of the toasty log burning stove and full baskets of freshly cut logs from the grounds of the estate.

Help yourself to the bursting book case, and wander through to the spacious oak floored dining area and the bright new kitchen, with all the mod cons.

The light and modern family bathroom on the ground floor, has a deep bath for guests to sink into at the end of a day on the hills.

Upstairs are three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower.

The master bedroom with its luxurious memory foam mattress for ultra comfort, offers spectacular views over the stunning scenery and is the perfect outlook for Craggantouls wildlife, and the ever changing skies over Loch Tays deep waters.

Cots, high chairs and toys are available for our younger visitors.

Outdoor Facilities: No. The views over the loch are breathtaking and our guests are free to wander the orchards and meadows down through the ancient oak forests past a lake and over streams to the loch where we have fishing rights for trout. The area is rich in wildlife and guests will see the deer roam freely around the grounds and the vibrant bird life on the estate.
