This accommodation is an annexe attached to the owners house,all ground floor level with slight ramped access. It is in a country setting with outlook to fields and woodland.

It is studio type with double bed,a settee, TV radio,CD,+ another single bedroom suitable for 1 adult or 1-2 children, there is a seperate kitchen with table, cooking facilities, and fridge.

Travel cot, bed side and high chair can be provided.

Bathroom with electric shower over bath. You may use owners garden for sitting & BBQ.
All bedlinen and towels,t-clothes are provided + welcome basket which includes free range eggs from our own hens.
Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement, there is an ajoining field to the property for excersise or walks from the door.

As well as many walks in the area, there are several National Trust properties close by and attractive gardens open to the public.

The South of England Showground approx:3 miles.
The historic town of East Grinstead is 5 miles, with a good variety of shops, a small museum, cinema, variety of eating places and takeaways + Waitrose and Sainsbury.

There are excellent pubs with restaurants in the nearby villages of West Hoathly and Ardingly.
This property is ideal for couples wishing to explore this beautiful area.

Take next left Vowels Lane,we are the second property on the left.
