A recently restored grade II listed, seventeenth century Coach House, situated on the foothills of the Quantocks.
It is thought to have been constructed in 1681 and was possibly used as a domestic chapel prior to becoming a coach house.

The cottage has been carefully restored and refurbished, to the highest quality to preserve the original features and character. The structure and furnishings are principally oak timbered with underfloor heating throughout on the ground floor.

The conversion offers two double rooms, each with ensuite facilities on the first floor. One with a shower, the other with a bath. The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a separate cloakroom. The handmade fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, cooking utensils, as well as an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and dual-range master. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also supplied.
In the living area there is plenty of comfy seating, with TV, DVD a selection of DVDs, books and games.There is also a double sofa bed in the living area.

Leading from the main bedroom there is a door to a small balcony with a seating area and stone steps leading to the courtyard.

The Coach House is situated on a working farm. The location provides some wonderful scenery and great walking and horse riding opportunities. Should the client so wish, there are stabling facilities which would permit them to bring their own horse. Although in a quiet location. Boomer Farm is only four miles from junction 24 M5 and a similar distance to the local towns of Bridgwater and Taunton. There are also attractions nearby such as golf courses, fishing, sailing, shopping,tennis, swimming and riding.

Directions

From M5 Junction 24, follow A38 into Village of North Petherton. When you get to village shop on your right called McColls, take the road running next to it. At staggered cross roads go straight over onto Cliff Road. Follow Cliff Road for about a mile until you get to a right hand turning signposted 'No Through Road' Follow that road until you meet a drive which will take you to the farm.
