This luxury self-catering cottage is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday break in the heart of the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Situated in a lakeside resort setting, near Cirencester, our guests can enjoy private fishing for carp and trout, and all weather tennis courts. Childrenís activities include adventure playground, games room and table tennis. Bring your bikes or take a stroll through the extensive grounds around the lake.

The accommodation is both spacious and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 people.

Downstairs. Large open plan living-dining area. 43inch plasma TV with Freeview, Sky HD box, Blu-ray DVD player, and iPod docking station. Contemporary wall mounted flame effect electric fire.

Patio doors lead to the private south-facing sun deck with table, seating for 6, and parasol. A disposable BBQ stand is provided for al fresco dining.

Contemporary open plan kitchen area with all new integrated appliances (ceramic hob, single oven, grill, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer) and microwave.

Downstairs shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Upstairs. Master bedroom with king-size bed, double wardrobe, ceiling fan and seating area. 19inch flat screen TV with Freeview, radio-alarm, and radio-CD player. View over the lake.

Bedroom 2 has double bed and single wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds and hanging rail. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

A travel cot and high-chair can be provided. Parking is to the front of the cottage. There are steps up to the front porch, and leading down from the gated sun deck at the back.

Standard Rates

Low season: £550.00.
Mid season 1: £640.00.
Mid season 2: £690.00.
High season 1: £730.00.
High season 2: £780.00.
Peak season: £920.00.

A 30% deposit is payable on booking with the balance of 70% due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security charge of £200 is also payable in advance.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by credit card with Paypal (2% fee payable).

Just 90 minutes from London or Birmingham, and 50 minutes from Bristol, the cottage is easily accessible from both the M4 and M5 motorways, situated just off the Spine Road junction of the A419, 4 miles south of Cirencester.
