The property is located in a small village near the East Coast town of Dunbar.

It is rural -but less than 5 minutes from Coast - Beach - Golf - Harbour - Swimming pool - Shops - Bars - Restaurants, Leisure centre, Children's Play parks etc etc etc.

Local attractions include Championship Golf Course, Surfing, John Muir Country Park, Sailing, Rock Pools, Water Sports and many First Class Beaches all nearby.

Dunbar and the surrounding area is frequently one of the sunniest places in Scotland.

Local historical places of interest include 700 year old Dunbar Castle and Roman Fort.
The city of Edinburgh, with its Festivals, events, attractions and castle, only a 30 minute drive or 20 minutes by train.

Additional information about rental rates
The cottage is available for short breaks throughout the year, with the exception of the high season months of July and August when the minimum stay period is 2 nights. The cost for short breaks is by negotiation.

Discounts available for long tern stays - Please ask for details.

All rates include linen, towels, Full heating for the period of your stay.

For short breaks which cross changeover day - Saturday - please contact owner for further details.

Owner lives close to property - assistance provided as required.

Deposit Information - Please Read:
A £125.00 non-refundable booking deposit will secure immediate reservation and balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings will not be held if final payments are not in by the due date given.

Changeover day is usually Saturday but we will be flexible where possible.

Check out time is 11.00am unless previously agreed.
Check in is 1400 - but may be earlier - contact owner. We are flexible and try to help.

Shorter stays can be accommodated and price is usually quoted at £100.00 per night - cost variable.

You will be met at the property upon arrival and checked out upon departure.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or PAYPAL. All payments are in GBP Sterling.

Please note that electronic transfers require a valid IBAN and BIC

Dogs/small animals charged at weekly rate of £15.00.
