CATHERINE'S COTTAGE:
This is the original farmhouse and benefits has a private garden with a BBQ. The property benefits from a brand new kitchen diner with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and electric oven. The separate lounge has a beautiful large inglenook fire place with wood burning stove, TV with DVD player and Hifi.
The bedrooms comprise of 2 doubles, one of which is a four poster, and 2 twin rooms. Downstairs in a separate room there is a double sofa bed. Both doubles and one of the twins are en-suite with modern shower or bathrooms. The cottage is fully centrally heated.
KEEPER'S COTTAGE:
Keepers cottage also has its own private sun terrace with outside furniture and BBQ. The kitchen diner has been recently updated with modern appliances. The separate lounge has a log burning stove, TV with DVD player and HiFi.
Upstairs there is a double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and the other bedroom sleeps 3 with a double and a single bed with en-suite bathroom. The cottage is fully centrally heated.
DAISY'S COTTAGE:
This is an annex part of the owners barn conversion. The entire property is on ground level, fully centrally heated, large secluded garden with summer house and garden furniture and BBQ.
The cottage comprises of an open plan dining kitchen and lounge with an attractive inglenook fire place and wood burning stove. The lounge contains TV DVD and a sofa bed which sleeps two people. The kitchen is fitted with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is a generous double bedroom which can accommodate an additional single bed if required.
Both the living room and bedroom open into a conservatory which leads to a shower room with lavatory.
