Clavie cottage is situated at the heart of the picturesque village of Burghead on Scotland's beautiful Moray Firth. The cottage location makes this the perfect base for exploring all that the North of Scotland has to offer, including the castle & whisky trails, Moray Firth coast and many top class golf courses.

The cottage has been recently renovated and extended to provide quality holiday accommodation.

Ideal family accommodation sleeping up to 5 in 1 single, 1 twin & 1 double. Cot also available.

Pets Allowed: Yes. We permit 1 well behaved dog in Clavie cottage. There is a charge of £15 per week or short break. The following conditions must be observed:

Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on beds or furniture and must not be left alone in the property.
Any hairs must be removed from furniture & carpets prior to departure.
Please bring you dogs own bedding, bowls etc.
Smoking Allowed: No. The cottage is non smoking throughout.

Linen Provided: Yes. All bedding, 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel per person supplied. Please bring your own swimming/beach towels.

Central Heating: Yes.
Fuel type: Oil

Open Fire: No. 

Disabled Facilities: No. 

Outdoor Facilities: Yes. Enclosed garden & off street parking.
